LITTLE CLUB PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When booking with Little Club the below policies must be adhered to. Once payment/deposits have been paid, the policies below are automatically accepted by the client.

 

SECURING YOUR BOOKING & PAYMENT 

  • We require FULL PAYMENT for our LITTLE CLUB APPEARANCE (30 MINUTES) 

  • We require 50% DEPOSIT for our LITTLE CLUB CLASSIC (60/90/120 MINUTES) 

  • Bookings are not confirmed until we receive payment/deposit which should be made within 24 hours

  • We are unable to ‘hold’ party bookings

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the booking date. Failure to settle the balance may forfeit your party booking

  • If you decide to cancel your booking within 7 days before the booking date, full payment will still be taken. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • We will happily work with you to find an alternative date if there is a problem with the original date booked. This is dependent on availability and must be done at least 1 month before the scheduled party date

  • In the unlikely event that an entertainer is unable to perform or is ill, all efforts will be made to find a replacement entertainer

  • If we cannot provide a service due to illness or extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be provided

UPDATED COVID CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule a party due to any confirmed COVID cases.

  • We will work with you to rearrange and secure another date when convenient.

TRAVEL & PARKING

  • Most of our entertainers arrive by car, so please provide us with any parking arrangements we need to know

  • Our kit is bulky so a space as close as possible is preferable

  • A charge of 40p a mile may be added if you are outside of our catchment area

COSTUMES

  • We have multiple costumes per Character which may vary from the pictures shown on our website. If you are looking for a 'specific' costume please mention this at the time of booking.

  • SPIDER-MAN COSTUME. If you are booking Spider-Man, please note that the costume has extremely limited visibility so will be 'headless' for the main section of the party before a final transformation into Spider-Man (zipping up the head) for fab photos & Spidey moves.

 

SPACE

  • If you plan to host the party in your home, please ensure there is enough space for the number of children invited. Please be aware any potential trip hazards such as rugs (please roll these up and clear the space as much as possible ahead of our arrival)

  • If hosting a party inside, please ensure ventilation is accessible 

  • If hosting a party outside, please ensure you have plenty of cool shade in hot weather or indeed space inside incase in rains

 

DISTRACTIONS

  • A bouncy castle/sweet vendor/soft play can be lovely additions, but we STRONGLY advise you to limit/pause these during our entertainment. Our entertainers will not be able to keep the attention of ALL the guests if there are multiple distractions and other activities going on

  • Please keep background noise to a minimum whilst our entertainers are hosting the party

 

OUR PARTIES

  • Our LITTLE CLUB CLASSIC 60 or 90 MINUTE parties run continuously for that specific time frame. Party entertainment then concludes for you to enjoy birthday tea & cake (not provided by Little Club)

  • Our LITTLE CLUB CLASSIC 120 MINUTE party will have a 20 minute food break during the 120 minutes. Festival glitter/tattoos will be applied during this break (depending on numbers)

  • We strive to include everything listed in our LITTLE CLUB CLASSIC party package and our experienced entertainers will respond directly to each group (e.g if the children are particular responsive to the craft element they may wish to push this, or indeed, if the children are definitely not the ‘sit down’ type they will keep them on their feet with more dancing and physical games)

  • We have a maximum of 25 children per one entertainer. If more children are present than what was stated, the entertainer has the right to withdraw from the party and no refund will be offered.

  • You will require a Little Club Assistant (at an additional cost) for up to 40 children

  • Our fabulous entertainers are not CHILD CARE - some adults must be present AT ALL TIMES

  • Access to a plug socket is required (and if you have a table that would be useful too)

OTHER

  • It’s not the intention of Little Club to violate any copyright laws. Little Club characters are NOT name brand copyrighted characters. Our characters are generic, and we can only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed character. If you are requiring a licenced, copyrighted character for your event, you should contact the licence holder
